Delivery Time

- Amman: 1–2 business days

- Outside Amman: 2–4 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the delivery service provider at the time of delivery.
Local pickup is available at our store (subject to scheduling).

Order Tracking
Customers receive SMS or email notifications once an order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable phone number, re-delivery fees may apply.
