1. No Returns
Due to strict health and safety standards for nutrition and meal replacement products, we do not accept returns of any sold products under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Within 7 Days

You may exchange eligible products (same value) within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to availability.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
3. Milk-Based & Perishable Items
For health reasons, milk-based products and items with dairy content are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once sold.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the product.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
5. How to Request an Exchange

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for exchange.

Wait for approval and follow the provided instructions.

Ship the eligible item back in its original protective packaging.
6. Differences in Price
Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. If you choose a higher-priced item, you may pay the difference.
7. Store Location & Pickup
Approved exchanges may be processed via courier or at our store location (upon prior approval).
